We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ass Savers gear; if your mudguard doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused mudguard in its original packaging or a sturdy envelope to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated returns center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
